Rob leads our design and engineering team. With his four decades of experience in professional audio, he’s got a sharp knowledge of electronics and acoustics. Plus, he’s got a passion for sailing.

Tony looks after sales and project management. With twenty years in the industry, he’s always staying abreast of new technologies and opportunities. When he’s off work, you can find him enjoying a game of football or exploring Auckland’s hospitality and art scenes.

Adam oversees operational activities and keeps us evolving, while also managing our Health and Safety program. Our in-house sommelier and pitmaster.

Julia has been managing our accounts, admin and Quality Assurance for over ten years. A self-confessed hobbyist, she’s currently dabbling in embroidery.

Shelley keeps the office running smoothly, always looking ahead (thanks to her experience as a rally co-driver). On top of running the show, she brews an excellent coffee and is the social heart of the company.

Thomas has a background in sound design and music composition for theatre. After completing his Post-Grad Qualification in IT, he’s our star AV and control programmer. With two children under 3, he is loving re-discovering the world through their eyes.

Matthew has a background in armed services engineering, and provides valuable assistance in the office and the field. On weekends you’ll find him working on his house and enjoying home-brewed mead.

John is our site foreman, and has been by our side for over fifteen years. With a passion for vintage studio equipment and fast cars, his keen attention to detail always gets the job done.

Garrick is our IT and security expert. An asset in front of the computer and on the tools. He's an active member of several community organisations, but still finds time to unwind gaming.

Brendon edges out some tough competition to be our number-one Warriors fan. Coming from a background in event videography, streaming, and drone operation, he brings new skills and a great attitude.
